"My website is built on a Wordpress MU platform. A page in my user accounts allows them to program an automated webinar playback. The clock I use is a 24 hour clock set to the eastern time zone, so when someone programs a playback, if they are not in the eastern time zone, they must correct the playback schedule for their local time zone. The user selects either a one time playback or a recurring playback. For a one time playback they choose a date by clicking a date on a calendar. For recurring, they'll choose wither Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Then they choose the hour of the playback from a dropdown. 1-24. They choose how long the playback will be available for viewing. Again, all based on EST. I need a PHP programmer who can change my 24 hour drop down to a 12 hour and add AM/PM, and then also add a Time Zone selection so that the user can select their Time Zone and then program their playback in their local time."
